(19) And the priest is to take some of the blood of the sin-offering and put it on the uprights at the sides of the doors of the house, ...

This command is given in many places in the Old Testement. It deals with cleansing a doorway that people will go through. Picture in your eye's the movements and the blood dripping. What do you see. It may be hard to picture so let me help.

As the priest would move the thing that has the blood on it he would make a straight line about shoulder high on the door. As he put the blood on the top of the door and let it drip it would form a straight line going down in the middle of the door. What do you see when you combine them together?


Yes that is right, a cross. Do you think it is a coicidence? I do not think so. God wanted to show what was going to happen before it did. He spoke to us when a cross was not even known about.
