Talk to your children

Deuteronomy 4:9 CEV
(9) You must be very careful not to forget the things you have seen God do for you. Keep reminding yourselves, and tell your children and grandchildren as well.

We ourselves should never forget what God has done for us. But if we do not pass it on to our children, they may not get the faith to live and walk it themselves. They are not to live by our faith, they are to live on their own. But as a father and mother help a baby to take its first steps, our faith can help them to walk their own first steps. And not only our children, but our children's children as well.

If you do not know what the Lord has done for you, take time to reflect upon it now.
